I wanted to know they way to proceed. I didn't really feel bad about this, people like that exist everywhere. I just wanted to know if the can be punished.

On the other hand, there is no real problem about speaking in English, because English is one of the 7 languages that I can speak. In addition, I didn't get angry because I was getting a drink in a beach at St. Tropez while a hot girl is just trying to get fun with me...

Concerning several posts on this thread; It strikes me as a bit odd that people would use the word "retard" in the same sentence that they were saying how ignorant racist people are...maybe we could think of a better word to use to describe how detestable racists are?

As far as the OP is concerned, report them. I don't buy into this "ignore them" strategy. If ignorant people are allowed to continue to be abusive without any consequences, they will simply keep doing it. Fight back. Ban 'em! If you want a "code of conduct", help to enforce it! Next time you beat those jerks in a pvp match, make sure you say "Adios Muchachos!" after it's over.

Cyan, you are right. But, I didn't expected that kind of behaivour, so I didn't know what to do.

I don't like the way of ignore them. It is like to ignore a problem thinking that it will get fixed for its own. That's why I started this thread, despite of being playing for two years, I have never needed to contact with operators or any kind of GM. I'm such a noob on this aspect of the game.

And, don't worry, after they were silenced, I went on speaking on spanish with my friends. This kind of people won't affect me too much.

If someone is seriously annoying me I report them (only happened once), otherwise I just ignore them. After a week I remove them, never bother me again.

Come on guys, please don't enter now in the discussion of the game is plenty o morons, I dont like the kind of people that don't fix their own problems, I don't like the kind of people that don't like the kind of people...

We all are humans, we all think different and we all have our own way of living and thinking. There is good boys there are bad boys, there are boys that aren't good or bad.
